Since 1976, The Opening the Heart Workshop has created profound growth and transformation! Our skilled facilitators have helped participants take healing steps with their most important intentions, including: Grief and loss, trauma, relationships, authenticity, self-love and work/career decisions. We've also provided tools to manifest dreams and define meaning and resilience in life's most challenging experiences.

In today's world, with a significant degree of isolation, division and rapid change, the Opening the Heart work is more vital than ever. As we celebrate our 50th anniversary, going forward, we have several strongly-held values and intentions:

•Explore working with human rights, social justice and hospice programs/organizations

•Reach future generations by establishing ourselves as a formal business entity

•Make programs more affordable and accessible
•Increase our online presence with heart-centered group offerings and facilitator training
programs for those in their thirties and forties. Alongside our experienced team,
we wish to create an inter-generational community of Opening the Heart Workshop facilitators.
