ADHD coaching focuses on helping individuals manage the many challenges that ADHD brings. As a certified ADHD coach provide non-judgmental guidance and support as well as tools and practical strategies to manage ADHD symptoms and achieve personal goals.  After each session you'll receive a recap to remind you of what we discussed, along with my insights to help hold you accountable to the work we do together.
